A decade ago, the capitals of Asia's two largest countries both had some of the dirtiest skies in the world. One the wrost days, millions were enveloped in thick grey canopies sf smig that darkened the sun and besieged the lungs.
Since then, one of those cities has made significant improvements. After the chinese government declared a war against pollution in 2013, Beijing pressed ahead with multiyear, $100 billion effort to clean its air. The authorities clamped down on factories, forced old vehicles off the road and shifted from coal to natural gas. Wgile more still needs to be done, Beijing officials say the city now has over100 more days of clear skies each year than when the campaign began. 
But in the other city, New Delhi, the this autumn has been as foul as ever. the onset of air pollution season brought weeks

all of us are different. your idea of success may be different from mine but there is one big factor which all of us must learn to deal with if we are to be successful and happy. the one common denominator to all success and happiness is other people. 
Various scientific studies have proven that if you learn how to deal with other people, you will have gone 85% of they down the road to success in any bussiness, occupation, profession, and about 99% of the way to personal happiness 
merely getting along isn"t the answer. 
what is a way to deal with people thatt will bring us personal satisfaction and, at the same time not trample on others egos. human relations is the science of dealing with people in such a way that our egos and their egos remaiin intact. And this is the only method of getting along with people that ever results in any real success or satisfaction. 

The reason 90% people fail in life is a failure to deal successfully with people. 
look around you. Are the most successful people those with the most brain, the most skill? Are the people who are the happiest and get the most fun out of life so much smatter than other people you know? If you will stop and think a moment, the change are that you will say that the people you know who are the most successful and enjoy life the most, are those who' ''have a way '' with people 
Your personality problems are your problems with other people. 
there are millions of people today who are self conscious, shy, and ill-at-ease in social satutions. Tthey feel inferior and never realize that their real problem it never seems to get across to them that their failure in learning to deal with successfully with pwople. 
there are almost many who, at least one the surface, seem to be vary opposite of the shy, reting type. they appear to be self-assured. They are ''bossy'' and dominate any social aituation they are in, whether it is the home, the office, or the club. Yet they,too, realise that aomething is missing. they wondered why their employees or their families do not appreciate them. they wonder why people do not co-operate move willingly; why it is necessary to continually force people into line. And, most of all, they realise in their more condid moments, that the pwople they are most anxius to impress never really give them the approval and acceptance they crave. they attempt to force co-opration, loyality and friendship; to push people to produce for them. But, the one thing can not force is the thing they want most, they can not force people to like them. they never really get what they want becuse they have never mastered the art of dealing with people. 
whether we like it or not, people are here to stay. 
in our modern world, we simply cannot achive any success or happiness without taking other people into account. The docter, the layer, the salse person who enjoy the most success is not necessarily the one who is most intelligent or most skillful machanics of his or her job. The husband and wife who attractive. look for a success in any endeavor amd you will find someone who has mastered the knack of dealing with people ... a person who has a ''way'' with other 
skill in humsn relations is simillar to skill in any other field, in that success depends on unerstanding mastering certain basic general principales. you must not only know what to do, but why you're doing it. 
As far as basic principles are concered, people are all the same. Yet each individual person you meet is different. If you attempted to learn some gimmick to deal successful with each seperate individual you met you would be faced with a hopeless task. 
Influencing people is an art, not a gimmick. 
When you apply gimmicks in superfical, mechanical manner, you go through the same motions as the person who ''has a way'' , but it doesn't work for you. The purpous of this book is to give you knowladge bassed upon an understanding of human nature : why the people act the way they do. the methods presented on this book have been tested on thousands of people who have attain my human relations seminars. They are not just my pet ideas of how you should deal with people, but ideas that have stood the test of how you must deal with people.     Inorganic chemistry is concerned with the study of elements(other than carbon) and their compound.

     Organic chemistry is the beanch of chemistry which concerned with organic compounds or substance produce by living organisms

     Physical chemistry is concerned with the explanation of fundamental principles
4. Analytical chemistry 
     Analytical chemistry is the branch of chemistry which concerned with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical substances.

In addition to these biochemistry, war chemistry, nuclear chemistry, forensic chemistry, earth chemistry etc., Are other branches of chemistry. 

Matter

AL is most abundant metal in earth crust. 
An element can be a metal or non-metal or a metalloid. 

Symbols 
A symbol is an abbreviation or shortened form for the full name of an element present aystem of symbols was introduced by Berzelius.

Compound 
It is also the form of matter which can be formed by combining two or more elements in a definite ratio by mass. It can be decomposed into its constituent elements by suitable chemical methods, e.g., water (H2O) is made of hydrogen and oxygen in the ratio of 1:8 by mass 

Compound can be of two types 
(1) inorganic compounds 
      Previously, it was believed that these compounds are derived from non-living sources, like rocks and and minerals. But these are infact the compounds of all the elements except hydrides of carbon (hydrocarbon) and their derivatives. 

(2) organic compounds
      According to earlier scientist, these compounds are derived from living source like plants and animals, or these remain burid under the earth (e.g., petroleum). According to modren concept these are hydrides of carbon and their derivatives. 

Mixture 
These are made up of two or more pure substances. They can be separated into their componants by some physical methods. 
Mixture may be homogeneous (when composition is uniform throughout) or heterogeneous (when composition is not uniform throught). 
Common methods for the separation of mixture are 
(a) filtration   filtration is the process of separating solids that are suspended in liquids by pouring the mixture into a filter funnel. As the liquid passes through the filter, the solid particles are held on the filter 
(b) distillation  distillation is the orocess if heating a liquid to form vapours and then cooling the vapours to get back the liquid. This is a method by which a mixture containing volatile substance can be separated into Its componants. 
(c) sublimation  This is the process of conversion of a solid directly into vapours on heating. Sunstances ahowing this property are called sublimation, e.g., iodine naphthalene camphor. This method is used to separate a sublimate substances. 
(d) crystallization  it is a process of separating solids having different solubilities in a particular solvent. 
(e( magnetic separation  Tills process is based upon the fact that a magnet attracts magnetic componants of a mixture of magnetic and non-magnetic substances. The non-magnetic substance rmains unaffected. Thus. It can be used to separated magnetic componants. 
(f) Atmolysis   Tills method is based upon rates of diffusion of gases and used for their separation from a gases mixture. 
Atom and molecules 
Atom is the smallest particle of an element which can take part  in the chemical reaction. It major may not capable of  independent existance. 
Molecule is the simplest particle of matter that has independent existance. It may be monoatomic e.g., H2, cl2 N2 (diatomic) O3(triatomic) or hetroatomic, e.g., HCl, NH3, ch3 etc.
Physical quantities and their measurments units 
To express the measurement of any physical quantity two things are considered: 
(1) its unit, 
(2) the numerical.
Magnitude of physical quantity= numerical value * unit
Units are of two types: 
(1) basic units 
(2) derived units
1. The basic or fundametal units are those of length (m), ass (kg), time (s) electric current (A), thermodynamic temperature(K), amount of substance (mol), and luminous intensity(cd).
2. Derived units are basically derived from the fundametal units, e.g., units of density is derived from units of mass and volume. 
The systems used for describing measurments of various physical quantities are 
(a) cgs system  it is based on centimetre, gram and second as the units of length, mass and time respectively. 
(b) FPS system A British system which used foot(ft). pound (Ib) and second (s) as the fundamental units of length, mass qnd time. 
(c) MRS system Uses metre(m) kilogram (kg) and second (s) respectively for lengh mass and time, ampere(A) was added later on for electric current. 
(d) SI system  (1960) International system of units and contains following seven basic and two supplementary units: 
Basic physical quantities and their corresponding basic units 
Supplementary units it includes plane angle in radian and solid angle in steradian
Prefixes 
The units of some physical quantities are either too amall or too large to change the order of magnitude. These are expressed by using prefixes befor the name of base units. The various perfixes are listed as 

Dimension analysis
