making unconscious behaviour conscious

Here i making all my unconscious behaviour conscious by awareness and giving options to choose differently 
Step1- problem/situation 
Step2- fear response 
Step3- mask operator (protector)
Step4- awareness 
Step5- facing with calm/courage/intelligence/respectfully 


1. When someone seeing me when I am doing something 
F - Fawn response 
M- Over explain mask
A- i will do i what i was doing I will not explain anyone why I am doing now i don't got reaction if they watching me
